Founded in 2004 by Managing Partners Jérôme Reygner-Kalfon and Sébastien Semon, ACE Entertainment is an international film and television studio specializing in production, financing, global sales, and distribution across all platforms.

With offices in Paris, London, and Los Angeles, the company operates as part of the SJ Investments Group and manages a catalogue of more than 600 titles, encompassing Feature films, TV movies, Scripted TV series and premium digital content.

Over the past six years, ACE has produced 20 feature films across Kids & Family, Mystery Thrillers, and Survival Thrillers — genres in which it has established a strong global footprint. Its slate includes successful international titles such as The Adventures of Jurassic Pet, Ghoster, Guardians of Time, Murder at the Embassy, and Killer Whale — all released in North America by Lionsgate under a multi-year output partnership.

In addition to its production activities, ACE acquires and exploits rights for international distribution. In June 2021, the company signed a major distribution agreement with Saban Films, covering the French theatrical and digital release of four films in 2022 and up to twelve titles annually from 2023 onward.

In 2024, ACE expanded its footprint by acquiring the First International Production (FIP) catalogue for the French-speaking territories, followed in 2025 by an exclusive representation agreement for nearly 200 titles from MEP Capital.

With already a very strong footprint in the VOD market, ACE is diversifying its presence with the launch of its first FAST channel, Shark TV, the first of several thematic channels under the “Adrenaline Box” banner set to roll out in 2026.

Today, ACE Entertainment continues to build a robust bridge between content creation, international distribution, and emerging digital ecosystems, consolidating its position as a leading European-based independent studio with a truly global reach.
